Power Calendar is the time management tool you need to better work with your busy schedule on your Smartphone. Single and multiple day views, quick date navigation, full customization and many more great features help to make Power Calendar work the way you need it to so that you can rely on your Smartphone as your one and only mobile solution. Designed to be the perfect companion to our Power Tasks application for Smartphone, you're now able to work with your schedule with the power and convenience you need. Just one of the many great features of Power Calendar: One of the key barriers to productivity on the Smartphone is efficient data entry. Take the common case of going to a doctor's appointment. While you're there, you schedule your next visit. You try to enter all the data for your next appointment into your Smartphone, then soon realize it's too cumbersome. You then ask them for the little reminder card so you can enter it into your schedule from your desktop PC. So you put the reminder card in your wallet, lose it, use it to write someone's contact information on, etc. Most likely case: you'll never get around to entering it in your schedule. This is just one of the problems we set out to address. We wanted to give you a solution that would not only make working with your schedule more efficient, we wanted you to be able to rely on using your Smartphone to quickly enter new schedule and task items when you're on the go. With the "My Text" pre-fill features and powerful capabilities to insert contact names and numbers into your appointments and tasks, Power Calendar makes it effortless to create new entries in your schedule. Adding a contact's telephone number into the subject or location of an appointment even makes that entry 'live' in your calendar view. By simply pressing Send/Call on that item in your schedule, you can make a follow-up call on that appointment or task!

Fully detailed one and multiple-day view modes Displays all of your calendar information in detail. In Multiple day view mode, you may quickly select from 2 to 7 days to display at once. Quickly switch between view modes with the press of a button. Tasks and Appointments combined Brought together in one view so you can see exactly what you have scheduled for any given day or multiple days. Compressed display mode Displays the maximum number of items possible in the smallest space. Perfect for quick overviews of several days at once. Enter new appointments and tasks quickly and efficiently Optional "compact" editors which let you edit all fields of a task or appointment conveniently on one screen. "My Text" Feature Setup commonly used lists of appointment subjects, task subjects and appointment locations for quick insertion into any appointment or task. Power Text Create your own text scripts to insert text, phrases, date/time stamps, specific contact fields, and time tracking information into any item. Power Text timing features allow you to use the notes section of any task or appointment as a convenient place to track time! Pop-up date selectors Make navigating and selecting dates simple using a pop-up monthly calendar. No more need to key-in a date, just scroll through the month to select your dates. Make calls or create emails from your schedule view See a task in your schedule or an appointment that you need to confirm? If you use the time saving contact insertion feature when creating new items, you'll be able to instantly make a call from those tasks or appointments in your schedule that contain contact information. Full editing capability Create and edit recurring appointments and tasks, and set task reminder times other than the default/fixed 8AM time. Set and modify your categories. Contact birthday / anniversary information Power Calendar automatically displays contacts in the calendar on their birthday/anniversary! Entries show you the age/years of the contact. Pressing the Send/Call button on your Smartphone displays the calling screen to let you select a telephone number/email to call and instantly get in touch. Smart word wrapping features Lets you show as little or as much information in your schedule as you wish. Synchronizes with your existing data No change to the way you synchronize! If you're using Outlook/Exchange/ActiveSync, all the data you synchronize now will also be displayed in Power Calendar! Personalize it! Customize the content and colors to suit your own personal preferences and add a little style to your calendar. Optionally use your own background image. Customize the colors of your tasks and appointments based on status. Customize keypad commands to let you more efficiently perform common tasks or access option screens. Detailed previews Displays all of your appointment and task information, including status, indicator icons, and notes. Appointment preview also displays your attendee lists for meetings.
